【职位介绍】 1. 是公司专为生产质量方向设立的高潜人才发展项目，聚焦药物的研发、工艺转化、生产落地、以及质量管理，通过系统性培训、实战轮岗与导师制辅导，全面提升未来技术与管理骨干的综合能力。 2. Recruitment Departments: Manufacturing Department (MF)/ Quality Department（QU）/ Manufacturing Science and Technology Department（MSAT） 【任职要求】 1. 希望TA： 2. 对药物研发、产业化落地、质量管理有浓厚兴趣与发展意愿 3. 良好的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力 4. 拥有良好的英语沟通能力与跨文化适应能力，愿意参与海外合作/项目支持 5. 能适应轮岗与挑战任务，具备学习韧性与团队协作精神 6. 学历背景：拥有中国的“双一流”大学或全球大学排名（如QS、THE、ARWU等）前200名院校硕士学历的26届或27应届毕业生； 7. 专业背景：药学、制药工程、化学工程与工艺、生物工程等相关专业，成绩优异者优先； 8. 语言水平：中英文流利，能够使用英文作为工作语言，在以下英文考试中达到相应水平，其中：CET-6 580+ / IELTS 7.0+ / TOEFL 105+ / TOEIC 900+等。 9. Professional Background: Related majors such as pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering and technology, bioengineering, and other related majors, with preference given to candidates with excellent academic performance. 16.
