招聘部门：ASIC Service BU 【职位职责】 1. Design and develop high-quality software/firmware components for ARM-based server-class CPUs, including firmware, Linux kernel modules and device drivers, or platform software. 2. Participate in pre-silicon validation on FPGA/emulation platforms and post-silicon bring-up activities, from initial power-on to full system functionality and mass production. 3. Collaborate with SW/HW architects, RTL designers, verification engineers, and product teams to define interfaces, resolve integration issues, and ensure end-to-end system quality. 4. Develop and execute test plans and performance benchmarks to ensure compliance with functional, performance, and security requirements. 5. Contribute to documentation including design specifications, release notes, and technical guides. 【任职要求】 1. M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (2027 graduates). 2. Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming; familiarity with Python scripting; Solid understanding of computer architecture. 3. Foundational knowledge of Linux, RTOS, bootloaders, or bare-metal programming. 4. Self-motivated, fast learner, and strong team collaboration skills. 5. Hands-on experience with ARM architecture development (course projects, lab work, or internships). 6.
