招聘部门：NPU BU 【职位职责】 1. Enable AI models and/or applications on NPU products for related the state of the art technologies such as LLM, computer vision, machine learning etc. 2. 在NPU产品上进行AI模型和/或应用的适配，以支持大语言模型（LLM）、计算机视觉、机器学习等相关领域的前沿技术落地 3. Design and maintain AI software stacks for typical AI tech usage scenarios (e.g. AIoT, mobile, AIPC, cloud, and etc), achieving competitive performance and aligning accuracy. 4. 针对典型的AI技术应用场景（例如AIoT、移动端、AIPC、云端推理等），设计并维护AI软件栈，以实现具有竞争力的性能并确保准确性 5. Focus on hardware-software co-analysis and co-evolution for next generation AI related IPs. 6. 关注下一代人工智能相关IP产品的软硬件协同分析与协同演进 【任职要求】 1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. 硕士及以上学历，主修电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业 3. Expert programming skills in C/C++, Python 4. 精通 C/C++、Python 编程 5. Familiar with common AI models and acceleration methods, with the ability to track cutting-edge algorithms. 6. 熟悉常见的人工智能模型和加速方法，并具备追踪前沿算法的能力 7. Strong troubleshooting ability, quick learning skills and good communication with team. 8. 具备较强的故障排查能力、快速学习能力以及与团队良好的沟通能力 9. Familiar with the underlying implementation of the algorithm and hands-on skill of software integration during all cycles of development 10. 熟悉相关算法的底层实现原理，并在整个开发周期中具备快速上手能力 【学历要求】 硕士及以上 【硬性专业要求】 电子工程相关专业、计算机科学相关专业
