【职位介绍】 1. 该职位的主要职责是协助实施与支持针对学习、人才以及文化发展相关的解决方案，重点关注数据管理及项目活动管理。在实习期间，实习生将有机会参与整个人才发展解决方案的生命周期，包括需求分析、设计、开发、实施以及项目后的管理工作。该职位隶属于组织与人才发展部门（OTD），该部门是人才事务团队的组成部分。 2. The main role of this position is to assist in the execution and support of learning, talent and culture development solutions with a focus on data and programme event management. During the internship, the intern could be involved in the people development solution lifecycle from needs analysis, designing, development, delivery to post programme management. The role sits within Organisation and Talent Development (“OTD”) Department, which forms part of the People Team. 【职位职责】 1. 支持团队进行数据收集、分析并生成决策报告 2. 协助团队实施解决方案，包括根据需要开发宣传材料及解决方案材料 3. 为实施与交付人才发展解决方案贡献创新的方法 4. 与团队其他成员共同合作，确保成果交付 5. Support the team in data collection, analysis, and production of reports for decision making 6. Support the team in the execution of solutions, including developing collaterals and solution materials as needed 7. Contribute and adopt innovative approach in executing and delivering of people development solutions 8. Work together with other team members to deliver results 【任职要求】 1. 在校本科或硕士学生，主修组织心理学、成人教育、人力资源、行为变化或相关领域 2. 较强的数据分析能力 3. 优秀的项目实施能力 4. 出色的沟通能力，包括良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力 5. 表现优秀可有转正机会 6. University student working towards a bachelor or master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Behavioural Change or related field 7. Strong data & analytics skills 8. Strong project execution skills 9.
