招聘部门：全球生物药研发业务部 【职位职责】 1. Use biochemical and cell-based assay platform to support drug screening, leads characterization and a broad range of biologic projects, including selected integrated and standalone projects; 2. Develop and implement novel cell-based assays, molecular biological assays and immunoassays for characterization of biologics. 3. Support bioassay design, execution and troubleshooting; work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with other functional groups in drug discovery. 【任职要求】 1. PhD background in Cell Biology, Immunology or related field. 2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, capabilities in experimental design and execution, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, as well ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. 3. In-depth knowledge with cellular models of diseases, protein interaction, immunoassay, flow cytometry, cell signal transduction, immune regulation and mammalian cell culture. 4.
