晶型研究员Solid State Science and Pre-formulation Researcher(J13562)

工作职责 1. 从事化合物固态表征相关的检测和分析，以及仪器的日常维护； 2. 从事药物的晶型筛选、盐型筛选和单晶培养等相关工作； 3. 及时并规范书写实验记录，撰写项目报告和其他相关文件 4. 配合其他部门完成相关工作 5. 完成上级领导委派的其他相关工作 1.Conduct testing and analysis related to the solid-state characterization of compounds, as well as the daily maintenance of instruments. 2.Be engaged in work related to polymorph screening, salt form screening and single crystal cultivation of drugs. 3.Record experimental data in a timely and standardized manner, and compile project reports and other relevant documents. 4.Cooperate with other departments to complete related work. 任职资格 1. 具有化学、材料科学、制药、化工等相关专业；硕士学历 2. 熟练使用固态表征仪器(DSC、TGA、XRPD、DVS、HPLC等)并能进行图谱解析 3. 熟练查阅中英文核心文献，能快速追踪领域前沿动态。 4. 英文听说读写能力精通，能熟练与国外客户进行技术对接、需求沟通及项目汇报，无语言障碍。 5. 身体健康、诚实守信、能吃苦耐劳，有较强责任心和团队协作精神，并且善于交流沟通。 6. 有海外科研经历、国际项目合作经验或直接服务国外客户的工作背景优先录取。 1.Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering or other related disciplines. 2.Proficiency in operating solid-state characterization instruments (including DSC, TGA, XRPD, DVS, HPLC, etc.) and capability of spectral interpretation.
