The Customer Project Manager drives, leads and manages complex automotiveprojects within the specified time, budget and quality framework to thesatisfaction of the customers, ensuring economic success for the company andsuccessful delivery of autonomous driving products (radar, camera, domaincontrollers, etc.) throughout their lifecycle.? Your tasks in detail: 1.Project Definition & Planning? ? Define project indicators (meet timelinemilestones & financial targets)? ? Establish an appropriate projectorganization (meeting structure, information/knowledge exchange, documentation,archiving)? ? Develop an initial project plan aligned with the business unit'scurrent process? ? Select and identify the product and process specialcharacteristics based on customer requirements, including product legalregulations, applicable functions and assembly requirements? ? Meet projectdelivery quality objectives based on customer requirements, including PPAP,process capability, etc.? 2. Project Execution & Control? ? Track projectprogress and define corrective actions in case of deviations from the projectplan? ? Control project budget and resource utilization for all approvedprojects? ? Report project status in line with current tools and processes? ?Implement and execute professional change management? ? Conduct riskassessment, control and drive the implementation of risk mitigation measures? ?Escalate projects as required? ? Ensure the product and process design meetcustomer requirements? 3. Customer & Supplier Interface? ? Act as the primaryinterface for OEM customers (domestic automotive OEMs)? ? Present projectstatus and benefits in customer meetings, supplier meetings and internalreviews? ? Negotiate document exchange and requirements with customers andsuppliers; protect the confidentiality of project data? ? Communicate projectstatus effectively with customers; understand customer background, customer DNAand key customer contacts? ? Handle customer complaints timely; take necessarycorrective and preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence? 4. Change & RiskManagement? ? Negotiate requested changes with customers; evaluate the impacton requirements in terms of time, cost and technology? ? Estimate and assessproject risks; develop risk mitigation strategies and define & implementrelevant measures? 5. Team & Stakeholder Management? ? Lead and coordinate10–20+ cross-functional project team members in a strong-matrix organization(dotted-line coordination with engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturingand other functions)? ? Proactively drive the project to meet stakeholderexpectations; provide regular updates in an appropriate manner? ? Assign tasksto project team members; define responsibilities clearly; foster cooperationand team spirit? ? Manage team members from different countries; cross-culturalcollaboration capability required? Candidate Requirements： 1. Education &Experience ? Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical,Electronics or related fields ? 0-2 years in automotive industry with projectmanagement experience ? At least 1 full-lifecycle project as subproject leader2. Technical Knowledge ? Automotive electronics expertise in ADAS/AD products(radar, camera, domain controllers) ? Familiar with production processes,product portfolio and lifecycle management ? Knowledge of organizationalprocesses and decision-making structures 3. Project Management ? Riskidentification, assessment, mitigation and escalation ? Deliver projects withintime, budget and quality constraints ? Manage customer and stakeholdercommunications ? Monitor and ensure delivery quality across technology, cost,quality and schedule 4. Language & Skills ? Fluent English (written and spoken)? Cross-functional and cross-regional team leadership ? Strong communication,negotiation and stakeholder management ? Self-driven, resilient under pressure,continuous improvement mindset
