Equities Sales Trainee/Assistant

【职位职责】 1. This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm's effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: 2. 该岗位主要工作为在指导下发展与指定机构客户的业务关系。了解客户需求，协调公司资源为客户服务，具体包括但不限于如下职责: 1.Maintaining client database to keep the information up to date and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. 维护机构客户的信息系统和更新，建立与指定机构客户的业务关系。 2.Working closely with sales and research to highlight important daily research ideas and assisting sales with drafting daily sales distribution. 与销售和研究员紧密合作，及时了解市场关注点，协助销售收集和总结重要研究报告，并协助销售生成给客户的早报内容。 3.Assisting sales and Legal & Compliance with collecting and updating client account materials. 协助销售和法律合规部门收集并更新客户的账户材料。 4.Bridging communications between public company and investors with necessary translation. 协助机构客户和上市公司的基础沟通和翻译工作。 【任职要求】 1.Willing to accept secondment to New York, US. 能接受外派至美国纽约。 2.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。 3.Master degree or above, economics or finance majors preferred. 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济相关专业优先考虑。 4.Good understanding of sales and trading business, good command of both English and Chinese. 熟悉销售交易业务，精通中英文。 5.Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services. 对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务。 6.Excellent academic credentials and achievement. 学术成果优异。 7.Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and have good communication. 具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。 8.Strong passion for financial market and sales job. 对资本市场及销售工作有强烈的意愿。 9.Before onboarding, candidates shall pass the professional qualification mandatory for this position. 入职前需通过岗位要求的从业资格考试。 【学历要求】 硕士及以上 【优先专业】 金融相关专业、经济相关专业
