This job is to be performed by a Trading Trainee who is responsible, under supervision, for taking orders from institutional clients in listed securities and deliver good executions to clients. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to: 2. 该岗位主要工作为在指导下负责辅助机构客户的股票交易业务，了解客户需求，发展与指定机构客户的业务关系，具体包括但不限于如下职责: 【职位职责】 1. Works closely with institutional sales force to assist in the identification of trading opportunities for clients. 与机构销售团队紧密合作，给客户发掘交易机会。 2. Feed trading ideas and precisely interpret investment opinions of research reports to the clients. 准确阐析研究报告中的市场动向，并向客户提供交易策略和投资建议。 3. Channel market information flow to the clients in a timely manner. 适时适当地给客户分流市场资讯。 4. Ensure good trade executions to clients. 协助交易员完成高质量交易服务。 5. Responsible for developing relationships with assigned client organizations through trading and execution services. 在协助提供交易服务过程中，维护和建立与指定机构客户的业务关系。 6. Perfect the data analysis platform and related work arrangements. 完善数据分析平台及相关工作安排。 7. Participate in the development, testing, and optimization of the relevant electronic trading system. 参与相关电子交易系统的开发、测试和优化工作。 【任职要求】 1. Master degree or above. 硕士研究生及以上学历。 2. Knowledge of Asian equities or International stock markets'. 对于A股、港股、欧美等国际股票市场有扎实的理解。 3. Understanding the client's investment behavior and orientation. 掌握客户的投资习惯和方向。 4. Customer-oriented mentality, proactive personality. 以客为本、主动。 5. Effective communicator with expert communication skills in English and Mandarin. 良好的沟通能力，普通话及英语流利。 6. Detail-oriented, quick-minded and good team player. 注意细节、敏捷灵活、具有团队合作精神。 7. Proactive with can-do attitude. 具有实干精神和优秀的动手能力。 8. Solid data analytical skills. 具备数据分析能力。 9. Proficient in Python, adept at using various machine learning tools, with good programming skills and coding habits; proficient in Linux, proficient in SQL language. 熟练掌握Python，熟练使用各类机器学习工具，拥有良好的编程能力和编码习惯；熟练掌握Linux，熟练掌握sql语言。 10. have a certain understanding and practical experience in big data mining, probability and statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and time series analysis. 对大数据挖掘、概率统计、机器学习、深度学习、时间序列分析等有一定的理解和实践经验。 【学历要求】 硕士及以上
