Position for Equity Business

【职位职责】 1. Develop equity financing proposals working along with industry groups for clients and prospects. 2. Provide equity financing solutions to clients and work with Investment Banking Department to facilitate financing transactions and business development. 3. Evaluate market conditions in combination with client specifics to determine financing terms and structure. 4. Execute transactions including managing underwriting risk, coordinating the marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation process across departments. 5. Initiate dialogues with investors about deal structures, valuation methodologies, and new issue environment when needed. 6. Innovate and develop new products. 7. Follow financial markets closely and produce market analysis. 【任职要求】 1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. 2. Strong communications and interpersonal skills. 3.
