Business Controller

【职位职责】 1. Undertake responsibilities including group financial reporting, financial analysis, financial accounting for Hong Kong derivatives business, regulatory report submission, liaison with auditors and preparation of relevant regulatory returns. 负责国际集团财务报告、财务分析、香港衍生品业务的财务核算、监管报表报送、与审计对接和相关监管报表编制工作。 2. Regularly track and follow up on regulatory policy updates and iterations in Hong Kong and overseas. 常态化跟进香港及海外监管政策更新迭代。 3. Support the incremental financial workload arising from the rapid growth of overseas business, and build an international talent pipeline for the Financial Control Department. 支撑境外业务高速增长带来的财务增量工作，打造部门国际化后备人才梯队。 【任职要求】 1. Major in accounting, finance or a related field preferred. 会计、金融或相关专业优先。 2. Internship experience in securities or banking firms is preferred. 具有证券或银行机构实习经验者优先。 3. Proficient knowledge of financial and accounting concepts for derivative products. 熟悉衍生品相关的财务与会计知识。 4. Risk-control focused, analytical, team-oriented and attention to details. 具备风险控制意识，逻辑与分析能力强，善于团队协作，注重细节。 5.
