【职位职责】 1. Participate in various Human Resources functions and gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end HR operating model. Support the execution and implementation of HR activities, projects, and initiatives across different functional areas. 2. Explore and implement AI applications in HR, leveraging emerging technologies and practical business scenarios to improve HR efficiency, enhance capabilities, and expand the boundaries of HR. 【任职要求】 1. Graduates from leading domestic C5 universities or universities ranked among the Top 50 globally by QS in Europe or the United States. A background in Human Resources Management is preferred. 2. Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 3. Strong theoretical foundation in Human Resources Management, with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Python, and SQL, as well as experience or knowledge in HR data analytics and organizational effectiveness measurement. 4. Passionate about applying AI to HR workflows. Exposure to AI/machine learning concepts, technologies, or other tools is a plus. 【优先专业】 Human Resources Management
