细胞培养工艺研究员（应届生）

【职位职责】 1. 工艺开发与优化：完成CHO细胞种子库复苏、传代扩增、摇瓶批次培养等基础工作，参与基础培养基、补料培养基的筛选测试，筛选最优培养工艺条件。 2. 实验执行与数据输出：熟练完成细胞无菌培养全流程实操，涵盖摇瓶培养、台式生物反应器准备、接种、过程取样、样品预处理与送检；严格遵守实验室SOP，精准记录原始实验数据，协助撰写完整的工艺开发报告、实验总结文档，确保所有研发数据真实、完整、可追溯。 3. 工艺放大与技术支持：协助团队完成CHO细胞培养工艺从实验室小试到中试规模的工艺放大衔接工作，跟进放大全过程实验；协助研发骨干分析问题成因、验证解决方案。 4. 文献调研与技术迭代：及时跟踪国内外CHO细胞高最新研究趋势，查阅整理相关文献，整理技术进展、行业痛点及创新方案，助力团队工艺技术持续迭代升级。 5. 跟项目团队完成良好的工作交流，技术沟通，保障项目按计划顺利推进。 6. Process Development & Optimization: Complete fundamental operations including CHO cell bank thawing, passage expansion, and shake-flask batch culture. Participate in the screening and testing of basal and feed media to determine the optimal cell culture conditions. 7. Experiment & Data Summary: Proficiently perform the entire cell culture process, covering shake-flask culture, bioreactor preparation, inoculation, process sampling, sample pre-treatment, and submission for analysis. Strictly adhere to laboratory SOPs, accurately record raw experimental data, and assist in drafting comprehensive process development reports and experimental summaries to ensure all R&D data is authentic, complete, and traceable. 8. Process Scale-Up & Technical Support: Assist the team in transitioning CHO cell culture processes from the laboratory bench-scale to pilot-scale, and monitor the entire scale-up experimental process. Assist senior R&D members in analyzing the root causes of technical issues and validating solutions. 9. Literature Research & Technical Iteration: Keep track of the latest domestic and international research trends in CHO cell culture. Review and compile relevant scientific literature, summarize technological advancements, industry pain points, and innovative solutions to support the continuous iteration and upgrading of the team's process technologies. 10. Team Collaboration: Maintain effective day-to-day and technical communication with the project team to ensure all projects advance smoothly and strictly according to schedule. 【任职要求】 1. 硕士及以上学历，生物工程、细胞生物学、生物制药等相关专业。 2. 自驱力强，主动学习行业新技术，具备良好的中英文文献阅读及沟通能力，团队协作与抗压能力优秀。 3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Engineering, Cell Biology, Biopharmaceuticals, or related disciplines. 4. Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new industry technologies.
