GenAI Field Application Engineer Intern

Responsibilities： - Participate in the development and deployment of GenerativeAI use cases to improve engineering productivity, knowledge management, andbusiness workflow automation. - Design and implement AI-powered solutions usingMicrosoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, Vero, Power Automate, SharePoint andother enterprise AI platforms. - Build and maintain internal knowledgeassistants, AI agents, and document retrieval systems for engineering, sales,and customer support teams. - Develop workflows for automated informationcollection, report generation, knowledge extraction, and data analysis fromenterprise data sources. - Create Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects for AI-drivenengineering use cases including technical knowledge search, customer visitreport summarization, project tracking, and task automation. - Evaluate andbenchmark different AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and agentarchitectures to improve solution quality and user experience. - Collaboratewith engineering, field application engineering (FAE), and digitaltransformation teams to identify and implement new GenAI opportunities. -Document use cases, workflows, best practices, and technical implementationguides for internal adoption. Requirements： - Master or Bachelor student inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, ArtificialIntelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or relevant disciplines. -Strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), AI Agents, andenterprise AI applications. - Familiar with Python programming and basicsoftware development practices. - Familiar with one or more AI frameworks orplatforms such as OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, CopilotStudio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies. - Understanding ofRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector databases, orknowledge management concepts is a plus. - Familiar with Microsoft 365ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BIis a plus. - Experience with web development, data visualization, workflowautomation, or chatbot development is a plus. - Strong analytical thinking andproblem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and teamwork forcross-functional and global collaboration. - Good English reading and writingskills. - Experience with AI agent development, chatbot implementation, orLLM-based applications. - Experience with Glean, Vero, Microsoft Copilot,Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise AI tools. - Experiencewith enterprise search, knowledge management systems, or document intelligencesolutions. - Contributions to open-source projects, hackathons, researchprojects, or AI-related publications are highly appreciated.
