Job de scription As a RadarAlgorithm Engineer, you will develop Algorithms for millimeter-wave radarproducts and participate in Radar architecture design. You will be responsiblefor the development of key algorithm modules and serve as the technicalresponsible for resolving technical issues. Your tasks in detail: Developadvanced radar sensing algorithms, including: o Radar signal processing o Arraysignal processing o Environmental modeling o Object tracking and classificationo Multi-sensor fusion ? Act as the primary technical owner for customerrequirement analysis and the development of robust algorithm specifications. ?Perform simulation and validation using real-world road test data. ? Conductalgorithm performance verification, root cause analysis, and iterativeimprovements. ? Continuously enhance radar perception capabilities. ? Workclosely with hardware design, system integration, vehicle testing, and softwaredevelopment teams. ? Deliver production-ready solutions throughhardware-software integration, calibration, algorithm tuning, and validation.Candidate Requirements Education: Master's or Ph.D. degree in: ElectronicEngineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Or a related fieldProgramming Skills: Good in: C/C++, Python, MATLAB, Experience with embeddedsystems and real-time signal processing is a plus. Language & Soft Skills:CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency. Strong English skills in: Technicaldocumentation reading, Technical writing, Verbal communication Good systemsthinking and problem-solving abilities. Highly self-motivated.
