Job de scription Optics Engineer focusing on the development and integration ofcamera optics, image sensors, and optoelectronic technologies tailored forautomotive applications in both human and computer vision. The successfulcandidate will work closely with Chinese customers to interpret and adapt theirtechnical needs into camera solutions, while collaborating with a globalcross-functional product team. Your tasks in detail: Develop and integratecamera optics, image sensors, and optoelectronic components for automotiveapplications in human and computer vision. Interpret and adapt Chinese customerrequirements into tailored camera system designs. Collaborate with a globalcross-functional product team to align market development activities.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project planning,milestone tracking, and technical alignment. Support application project moduledesign and sensor integration across optics, mechanics, and electronics,including image quality improvement, simulation, and calibration activitieswith customers. Engage in demonstration, promotional, and acquisitionactivities to support business expansion and advanced engineering. Supportproduction teams with sample definition, delivery, and improvements toproduction test systems aligned with customer requirements. Contribute tospecification, benchmarking, and optimization of optics and image sensors forcurrent and future camera generations. Document and manage requirements,specifications, and knowledge related to automotive camera sensor technologies.Take ownership of technical topics and coordinate cross-functional inputwithout formal leadership responsibilities. Candidate Requirements Universitydegree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Physics, or arelated field. Knowledge and hands-on experience in image sensor technology,optics, and optoelectronic component development and evaluation (includingmeasurement and quality assessment). Experience in developing automotive camerasystems, including test and production systems, with familiarity withautomotive development processes. Ability to work effectively in aninternational, multicultural, and cross-functional team environment. Strongownership of technical topics, problem-solving skills, and ability tocoordinate input across disciplines. Fluent or business-level proficiency inboth Chinese and English (written and spoken), along with strong communicationskills. Candidate Requirements University degree (or higher) in ElectricalEngineering, Optoelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
