E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 1.Lead the daily operations of the Shopify store,including product listings, English copywriting, and page optimization; utilizeAI tools to create graphic and short-video content, and support Amazon listingoptimization and competitive research. 2.Respond to overseas customer inquiriesand handle complaints in English. Qualifications: 1.This position is open tointernational students in China. 2.Master's students graduating in 2027,majoring in E-Commerce, Marketing, International Trade, Digital Media, orrelated fields. 2.Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce platforms such asShopify and Amazon is preferred. 3.Interest in AI tools and strong learningability; candidates with no prior experience but high potential are welcome.4.Team-oriented, responsible, and detail-minded; able to work under pressureand manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5.Work location: Hangzhou.
