Overseas Business Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 1.Support the daily operations management andcoordination of overseas subsidiaries; 2.Support the development and managementof international teams, and collaborate with HR to advance international talentdevelopment; 3.Conduct data analysis, documentation support, digitalizationinitiatives, and customer visit reception support based on business needs,while completing other administrative tasks assigned by management.Qualifications: 1.This position is open to international students in China.2.Master's students graduating in 2027, majors in Business Administration,Administrative Management, Human Resources, International Trade, or relatedfields preferred; 3.Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic data analysis skills;4.Candidates with relevant courses or certificates in HR/AdministrativeManagement preferred; 5.Passionate about cross-cultural work; responsible, ableto work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong teamspirit; 6.Work location: Hangzhou; Benefits: 1.
