1. Relevant Experience (Internship/Extracurricular): Previous internship experience in marketing, brand management, retail, or a related industry is a plus but not strictly required. 3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken): Essential for internal communication and global brand guidelines. Cantonese preferred but not a must, at least able to read traditional Chinese (written and spoken): Crucial for understanding the local market, communicating with local partners, and engaging with consumers in Hong Kong. 4. Key Skills: Digital Literacy & social media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, local HK platforms) and understanding of digital marketing trends. Experience with content creation or community management is a plus. Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respect for the local culture and consumer preferences in Hong Kong. And basic understanding of the Hong Kong culture, celebrities, trends, etc. Basic Project Management Skills: Ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. 【职位描述】 1、Operation Basics 1) Create Finish-Good codes based on group codification charter. 2) Allocate barcode with accuracy and ensure 100% compliance. 3) Use L’Oréal systems (Elixpedia/SAP/X3) to conduct the daily master data management. 2、Master Data Quality Management (DQM) 1) Publish weekly/monthly dashboard with BI Tool to different stakeholders for DQM process. 2) Build up Power BI dashboard based on business requirements. 3) Identify key master data issue for North Asia sourcing product at zone level, and fix on time with 3、support from data owners. 3) Coordinate for China GS1 process to ensure timely barcode registration. 4) Support on data projects.
