1. Relevant Experience (Internship/Extracurricular): Previous internship experience in marketing, brand management, retail, or a related industry is a plus but not strictly required. 3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken): Essential for internal communication and global brand guidelines. Cantonese preferred but not a must, at least able to read traditional Chinese (written and spoken): Crucial for understanding the local market, communicating with local partners, and engaging with consumers in Hong Kong. 4. Key Skills: Digital Literacy & social media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, local HK platforms) and understanding of digital marketing trends. Experience with content creation or community management is a plus. Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respect for the local culture and consumer preferences in Hong Kong. And basic understanding of the Hong Kong culture, celebrities, trends, etc. Basic Project Management Skills: Ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. Adaptability & Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
