工作职责：
协助Recruiter高效推进全流程招聘工作，包括但不限于：需求对接、职位发布、候选人搜寻与简历筛选、电话沟通、面试安排及进度跟进、面试反馈与结果闭环；
参与招聘数据整理与分析，定期输出招聘相关报表及总结，为招聘决策提供支持；
协助推进招聘相关项目的执行，包括流程优化、渠道管理及招聘效率提升等；
支持雇主品牌建设相关工作，参与新媒体内容运营与传播（如招聘内容输出、社交媒体运营等）；
协助海外员工关系相关事务的基础支持与沟通协调。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，专业不限，人力资源、工商管理或相关专业优先；
具备良好的英文沟通能力，能够适应跨文化沟通环境，对海外职场文化有一定理解或兴趣；
有招聘相关实习经验或猎头/HR实习经历者优先；
对HR/招聘方向有长期发展意愿，愿意在该领域深耕；
能尽快到岗，每周可实习4–5天，实习周期3个月及以上优先；
积极主动，沟通表达清晰，具备较强的执行力与抗压能力，愿意在快节奏环境中成长。

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordination Intern to support our Project Coordination Lead and wider Marketing team.
You will help manage timelines, logistics and cross-functional communication across Influencer, PR, VIP and Content initiatives. You will also support small-scale content and operational projects.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to understand how global brand operations run from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project coordination across Marketing
- Track timelines, deliverables and stakeholder updates
- Assist with logistics for Influencer, PR and VIP activations
- Coordinate internal communication between teams
- Support smaller content and campaign-related tasks
- Maintain documentation and process clarity
