Primary FunctionBe response for Software development for new product.OrganizationReports to: Engineering Director, SuzhouMajor Duties and Responsibilities1.Design and implement embedded software for smart sensors.2.Translating requirements / specifications into control logic/software and delivering projects within required timelines and with high quality standards.3.Working with cross-functional engineering teams to understand project requirements & deliver the projects in full compliance with requirements4.Involved with the investigation, design, implementation, optimization, documentation, and characterization of new products and features5.Design and develop embedded system solutions which provide real-time performance, are modular, easy-to-maintain, and scalable6.Involved with software requirement generation, as well as test and documentation of software components7.Interface with other organizations as required to ensure project success.8.Keep abreast of novel technical concepts and markets. Adopt new practices ready to develop innovative and low-cost products. Keep updated on software technology, particularly within the embedded domain.9.Create and maintain product documentation. Provide technical support to field and customers through InTouch.10.Make decisions based on company’s maximum benefit.11.Take accountability of all consequences of responsible area.12.Travelling may be required to other domestic and international sites13.Other tasks assigned.Required Experience1.Bachelor’s degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computing & Electronics Engineering or related field2.At least 5 years of experience in development, implementation, and verification of high speed, high performance digital systems3.programming competency with functional (e.g., C) and OO design and programming languages (e.g., C++, Python)4.Software design and programming of embedded software systems using flash-based microcontrollers, FPGA or DSP hardwarePreferred (but not mandatory) Education and Experience1.Be good at analog circuit and digital circuit2.Solid programming experience in C and C++ and schematics and data sheets for components3.Knowledge in Arm/Cortex and familiar with STM32/TI/Microchip4.Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets5.Self-motivated, Proactive and aggressive, teamwork, eager to learn, willing to be challenged.6.Able and willing to take ownership, adapt to changes, and be flexible in a fast moving, dynamic engineering environment

主要职能负责新产品的软件开发。组织架构汇报对象：苏州工程总监主要职责• 将需求/规格转化为控制逻辑/软件，并在规定时间内交付高质量项目。• 与跨职能团队合作，设计、开发并优化具备认证的功能安全产品。• 针对基于微控制器的嵌入式系统进行软件设计和优化，以满足严格的功能安全要求。• 执行仿真和分析，优化产品性能，确保其在各种条件和环境下的可靠性。• 使用先进的嵌入式工具和实践方法，解决数字产品的复杂问题。• 提供技术专长和支持，解决生产或现场问题。• 熟悉 ARM Cortex-A/R/M 系列处理器架构。• 精通 Verilog/VHDL 硬件描述语言，能够独立完成 FPGA 逻辑设计和时序优化。熟悉 DSP 架构，具有多核调度和中断管理经验。擅长硬件加速算法设计，如 CNN 量化、FFT 流水线处理和实时滤波算法映射。• 关注新技术概念和市场，采用新方法开发创新且低成本的产品，特别是嵌入式领域的软件技术。• 创建和维护产品文档。通过 InTouch 为现场和客户提供技术支持。• 具备良好的团队精神和协作能力。具备良好的沟通技巧，能够清晰表达想法和需求。• 与跨职能工程团队合作，理解项目需求，并在完全符合要求的情况下交付项目。• 根据需要与其他部门沟通协作，确保项目成功。• 能够进行深入研究，并就技术挑战或业务问题提出合理建议。• 基于公司最大利益进行决策。• 对所负责领域的所有结果负责。• 可能需要国内和国际出差。• 完成分配的其他任务。任职要求• 电气与电子工程、计算机与电子工程或相关领域本科及以上学历。• 至少 8 年相关工程经验。• 扎实的编程能力，熟悉函数式编程语言（如 C）、面向对象设计与编程语言（如 C++、Python），能阅读和理解元器件原理图及数据手册。• 具备 ARM/Cortex 知识，熟悉 STM32/TI/Microchip 等平台；精通 Verilog/VHDL 硬件描述语言，能够独立完成 FPGA 逻辑设计和时序优化。熟悉 DSP 架构，具有多核调度和中断管理经验；擅长硬件加速算法设计，如 CNN 量化、FFT 流水线处理和实时滤波算法映射。优先（非必须）的教育与经验• 具备嵌入式 Linux/FreeRTOS 开发经验；精通 SPI、I2C、Camera Link、USB 3.0 等接口的嵌入式驱动开发，能够实现传感器与处理器之间的高速数据交换。• 熟悉模拟电路与数字电路。• 拥有嵌入式设备的实际开发和调试经验。• 能够并愿意承担责任，适应变化，并在快速变化的工程环境中保持灵活性。• 自我驱动，积极主动，有团队合作精神，渴望学习，愿意接受挑战。

工作职责1.负责员工IT设备（电脑/打印机/网络电话等）的安装、调试及故障排查；Be responsible for the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of employees' IT equipment (computers/printers/Internet phones, etc.);2.负责办公软件套件Office365的支持；Be responsible for the support of the office software suite Office365;3.负责OA、CRM、Salesforce等业务系统的日常操作支持与基础维护；Be responsible for the daily operation support and basic maintenance of business systems such as OA, CRM, and Salesforce;4.负责用户账号权限管理（如AD域控、邮箱系统等）；Be responsible for user account permission management (such as AD domain control, email system, etc.);5.参与IT资产盘点及台账更新，确保设备信息准确性；Participate in the inventory of IT assets and the update of ledgers to ensure the accuracy of equipment information;6.负责云平台的基础运维工作；Be responsible for the basic operation and maintenance work of the cloud platform;7.负责部门完成IT文档整理、编写用户手册及技术FAQ等；Be responsible for the department to complete the organization of IT documents, write user manuals and technical FAQs, etc；8.收集各部门IT需求，协助优化服务流程；Collect the IT demands of each department and assist in optimizing the service process;9.完成主管交办的其他IT相关任务。Complete other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.任职要求：1.***本科及以上学历，喜欢IT行业，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先;Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with an interest in the IT industry. Majors related to computer science, software engineering, information management, etc. are preferred.2.CET-4及以上英语水平，书面可以满足工作需求，口语可以做简单的沟通；CET-4 or above English proficiency, with written ability to meet job requirements and oral ability for simple communication.3.具备Windows操作系统，Office套件帮助经验的优先;With experience in Windows operating system and Office suite assistance are preferred.4.具备SQL基础经验和OA系统低代码开发基础经验的优先;With basic experience in SQL and low-code development of OA systems are preferred.5.工作积极主动，性格开朗。Be proactive at work and have a cheerful personality.
