ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a Demand Planner to support demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build a strong foundation in supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency and supporting business growth. 【任职要求】 - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related technical/quantitative field. - 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship or project experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis is an advantage). - Language: Chinese & English (Mandatory) - Basic understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply chain concepts. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with forecasting or ERP systems is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across functions. - Self-motivated, eager to learn,
