1.临床试验项目中心实验室管理
（1）供应商筛选与评估
3. 协助收集项目基本信息（研究方案、检测需求、时间计划等），参与中心实验室及检测实验室供应商的筛选与评估；
4. 协助组织相关部门（BDTM、DTM、MM、CP等）完成URS（用户需求书）填写；
5. 参与供应商技术评标、运营问题澄清及合同审阅工作。
（2）中心实验室设置管理
7. 协助撰写及定稿实验室手册（Lab Manual）；
8. 协助组织实验室手册培训；
9. 协助数据库建立及测试；
10. 协助在SIV前完成临床耗材寄送；
11. 协助跟进入排检测项的方法验证（SIV前完成）；
12. 协助制定样本管理要求（采集、接收、储存、运输、销毁等）
13. 协助跟进主要终点指标检测项的方法验证及样本稳定性验证（如必要）。
（3）中心实验室过程管理
15. 不含检测项的中心实验室：
16. 协助实验室手册的更新与再培训；
17. 协助实验室耗材管理；
18. 协助样本全流程管理（接收、入库、储存、运输监测等）；
19. 协助数据传输质量标准的讨论与确定；
20. 协助中心实验室供应商与DM团队定期传输数据；
21. 协助中心实验室供应商与EDC数据核对；
22. 协助剩余样本处理及TMF保存。
23. 含检测项的中心实验室：
24. 协助跟进检测方法与样本稳定性验证；
25. 协助样本接收与入库管理；
26. 协助监控来样即检的样本检测周期（Turn-around time）；
27. 协助制定按批检测的样本检测频率和计划；
28. 协助检测报告的追踪与管理；
29. 协助分析报告和总结报告（若有）的跟进；
30. 协助中心实验室供应商向DM团队定期或按需传输数据；
31. 协助中心实验室供应商与EDC数据核对；
32. 协助检测后剩余样本与原始数据管理；
33. 协助TMF保存。
（4）研究过程中的支持工作
35. 为所有中心实验室相关活动提供支持，包括研究中心EC、HGRAC修订、数据一致性核查、QA稽查、预算和发票审核等；
36. 在临床研究过程中，按照质量体系SOP对中心实验室供应商进行管理；如出现影响项目进展或质量的重大问题，及时按流程升级反馈。
2. 研究完成后的中心实验室管理
38. 协助沟通和确认样品返还、储存、销毁及数据和相关文件的处理方案；
39. 协助完成监管部门检查过程中中心实验室相关部分的检查准备工作。
3. 中心实验室供应商变更支持
41. 项目运行过程中，如中心实验室供应商的服务存在问题，协助中心实验室经理组织协调各部门沟通解决；
42. 参与对供应商服务问题的评估；
43. 如需更换供应商，协助按照间接采购流程及GCPQA供应商管理流程选择新的供应商。
4. 中心实验室数据和文件的管理
45. 遵循申办方与供应商签署的数据传输协议，协助中心实验室数据的传输与保存；传输后的数据按照TMF管理SOP进行保存；
46. 涉及NGS检测的下机数据和生信分析原始数据，按照IT部门SOP进行保存；
47. 申办方层面的文件：按照CO项目管理SOP和项目层面的TMF管理计划进行归档；
48. 协助检测报告的追踪与存档（需发回研究中心PI，并在ISF、TMF中保存）。

【任职要求】
1. 教育背景
-本科或以上学历（硕士优先）应届毕业生，分子生物学、生物工程、医学、药学、检验医学等相关专业。
3. 经验要求
-了解临床研究NMPA、FDA、EMA等各类规范，如ICH-GCP、GCP、GLP等；
-有药物临床试验生物样本分析实验室实验经验者优先。
6. 技能要求
-英文：熟练阅读各类英文资料，能够用英文进行书面沟通，可以自然口头交流；
-计算机：熟练使用Office办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT）；
-检测技术：熟悉生物分析常见方法，例如ELISA\MSD\FACS；熟悉病理检测方法，例如IHC\FISH\mIHC。

1. 根据SOP要求，对临床前/临床样本进行PK/ADA等生物分析开发和样本分析：

3. 熟练掌握如ELISA,MSD等大分子相关生物分析技术和仪器；
