债务重组业务岗

【职位职责】 1. Participate in onshore and cross-border major risk mitigation and market-oriented debt restructuring, including out-of-court agreed restructuring, in-court judicial reorganization and special situation investment/financing. 2. 参与境内和跨境重大风险处置化解项目和市场化债务重组交易，包括：庭外协议重组、庭内司法重整、特殊机会投融资等。 1.Assist in site visits to the target. 4. 协助对目标企业开展现场尽调。 2.Assist in analysis of the target’s assets, debts and current operating status and appraisal of the target’s potential value. 6. 协助分析目标企业资产、债务、经营现状，评估企业潜在价值。 3.Assist in the target’s financial modeling to facilitate restructuring planning and special situation investment/financing. 8. 协助建立目标企业财务模型，用于制定重组方案，撮合特殊机会投融资交易。 4.Participate in discussions on the restructuring strategy and negotiations with stakeholders. 10. 参加重组策略讨论，并与利益相关方开展谈判。 5.Assist in transaction documentation. 12. 协助起草重组交易文件。 6.Perform other supporting tasks as required. 14. 根据需求完成其他项目支持工作。 【任职要求】 1.Upright, humble and diligent with high moral values. 2. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。 2.Highly self-motivated, ready to take on challenges, skilled in problem solving, able to work under pressure, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. 4. 具有较强的自我驱动力，乐于接受挑战，善于解决问题，能够承受工作压力，适应快节奏的团队工作环境。 3.Highly interested in debt restructuring and special situation investment/financing. 6. 对债务重组/特殊机会投融资有浓厚兴趣。 4.Excellent social and communication skills. 8. 具备良好的人际交往及沟通能力。 5.Strong verbal and writing skills and proficiency in office software (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.). 10. 具备良好、高效的表达能力，熟练使用word、PPT、excel等办公软件。 6.Having passed the securities practitioner qualification examination. 12. 正式入职前需通过证券从业人员水平测试。
