Our organization enables the supplychain to support new products, features and solutions our customers need andwant. We ensure smooth migration of hardware, software, networking processesand product builds into the production environment. What you’ll achieve As a Product Operations Engineer, you willbe responsible for enabling our supply chain organization to introduce newproducts and technology. As the lynchpin connecting product research anddevelopment with operations, you will manage the product in the factoryend-to-end. You will be responsible for piloting the product in the factory,ensuring the product flows through development cycles, consistently updatingwith new features and enabling the factory to deliver a quality product,manufactured at scale. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engageand influence stakeholders across different functions, disciplines andcultures, and procure a breadth of understanding about supply chain operations.We are dedicated to developing talent, and we will invest in team members thathave strong technical and operational backgrounds—it takes both to succeed inthis role. From this role, team members have completed leadership rotations togain experience developing others and advanced within Global Operations intoOperations, Product, Research & Development, Manufacturing or Procurement. Youwill: · Work with GOE and engage with Core team/MKT/Procurement/MFG/QA extendedteam to launch product on time . Organize and lead mechanical sample andassembly parts review with ODM / global factory team / quality from mockup topilot. Find defects earlier, implement solution, evaluate process capabilitiesto support eligible new product feature and simplify factory process. · Ensurethe manufacturability, reliability and serviceability of designs as productexperts. Utilize metrics to improve product introduction, enhancement andmanagement through the life of the product. Be responsible for product changemanagement smoothly, lead team to minimize engineering disruption to customerorder, when engineering issue occur . Lead and co-work with Ops team ( GOQ,Testing and Operation) to analyze equipment and test plan requirements toperform verification; conduct experimental tests and evaluate results ahead ofread to ship to empower the product fulfillment. Ensure Operations achievesReady to Ship Release status and transitions into production / sustaining . Tolead Ops team to perform trouble shooting and issue analysis for problem anddrive for root cause.
