Pre-Sales Technical Support: Analyze customer requirements, prepareproposals/technical solutions and bid documents, deliver presentations andtechnical support during sales process, maintain product catalogs and technicalmaterials. Project Execution Support: Support projects from NTP to COD, liaisewith stakeholders (owners, design institutes, suppliers), translate customerrequirements to R&D/engineering, draft and review technical agreements.Internal Collaboration: Provide technical support and risk assessment to thesales team, deliver technical training to teams and customers, contribute toproduct requirement definition and R&D project reviews. Education & Experience:Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems/Electronics/Energy orrelated field + minimum 3 years' experience in BESS, renewable energy, or powersystems. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ESS architecture – lithiumbatteries, BMS, PCS, EMS; experience in storage project integration preferred;familiarity with international standards (IEC, UL, IEEE, Grid Codes). Language& Tools: Advanced English (technical writing), Office and AutoCAD. PersonalSkills: Strong communication and analytical skills, sales-oriented mindset withrisk assessment ability, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines,proactive with team spirit. Preferred: Experience in international projects(Europe/North America/Middle East/Southeast Asia), familiarity with specificstandards (UL 9540/9540A, IEC 62619, CE, NFPA 855), additional languages(Spanish/German/Arabic).
