工作职责: 1、轮岗实践: 在指定的部门（如：工程、质量、生产，PMC、职能等）进行轮岗，完成分配的项目和任务。 1、Rotational Assignments: Complete rotational assignments in designated departments (e.g., Engineering，Quality, Production, PMC, functionteam) by executing assigned projects and tasks. 2、项目执行: 积极参与业务项目，并为业务决策提供支持。 2、Project Execution: Actively participate in business projects, and provide support for business decision-making. 3、学习与发展: 积极参加所有培训课程、研讨会和工作坊，快速掌握岗位所需的知识和技能。 3、Learning & Development: Actively participate in all training sessions, seminars, and workshops to rapidly acquire necessary knowledge and skills. 4、团队合作: 与团队成员、导师和不同部门的同事高效协作，共同达成目标。 4、Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, mentors, and colleagues across different functions to achieve common goals. 5、汇报与展示: 定期向导师和项目管理层汇报工作进展，并在项目结束时进行结业答辩。 5、Reporting & Presentation: Report progress regularly to mentors and program management, and deliver a final presentation upon program completion. 任职资格: 1、学历: 2025届或2026届应届毕业生，获得本科及以上学历，专业不限。 1、Education: Student (graduate in 2026 or 2025) with a Bachelor's degree or above. All majors are welcome . 2、Language: 中文和泰语可作为工作语言。 2、Language: Both Chinese and Thai are fluent, can be working language. 3、软技能: 出色的沟通和表达能力、优秀的团队合作精神和领导力潜质。 3、Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent teamwork spirit and leadership potential. 4、态度: 积极主动，结果导向，对商业世界充满好奇，并渴望接受挑战。 4、Attitude: Proactive, results-driven, curious about the business world, and eager to take on challenges. 5、经验: 有学生会、社团领导经验或知名公司实习经验者优先。 5、Experience: Prior leadership experience in student unions/clubs or internships in renowned companies is a plus.
