工作职责:
1、轮岗实践: 在指定的部门（如：工程、质量、生产，PMC、职能等）进行轮岗，完成分配的项目和任务。

1、学历: 2025届或2026届应届毕业生，获得本科及以上学历，专业不限。

2、参与月度、季度和年度的财务结算，编制财务报表。

工作职责: 1、制定光模块的测试方案和测试用例； Develop test plans and test cases for optical modules. 2、搭建测试环境，执行性能、可靠性及一致性测试； Set up test environments and execute performance, reliability, and compliance tests. 3、分析测试数据，编写测试报告，并协助研发定位问题； Analyze test data, write test reports, and assist R&D in problem identification. 4、开发和维护自动化测试脚本，提升测试效率； Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. 任职资格: 1、2026届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机、光电等相关专业； Class of 2026 fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Optoelectronics, or related fields. 2、具备扎实的专业基础知识，成绩优良； Have a solid foundation of professional knowledge with a good academic record. 3、对光通信技术有浓厚兴趣，乐于学习和钻研新技术； Have a strong interest in optical communication technology and be eager to learn and research new technologies. 4、具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力和解决问题的能力； Possess good teamwork spirit, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. 5、有相关项目经验、实习经历或竞赛奖项者优先； Prior project experience, internship, or competition awards are preferred.

工作职责: Job Responsibilities: 1、协助新项目从立项到转产过程的相关项目管理工作 Be responsible for the relevant project management work of new projects from the project approval stage to the transfer to mass production stage. 2、协助协调项目开发过程中的各项资源，包括人力，设备，物料等 Be responsible for coordinating various resources in the project development process, including human resources, equipment, materials, etc. 3、协助落实并存档项目开发过程中的所有输入输出资料 Be responsible for implementing and filing all input and output materials in the project development process. 4、协助与国内外客户日常沟通项目开发过程中的各项事务 Be responsible for the daily communication with domestic and foreign customers about various matters in the project development process. 5、协助项目立项评审，制定项目计划（WBS、甘特图），明确范围、资源需求及里程碑节点 Lead the project approval review, formulate project plans (WBS, Gantt chart), and clarify the scope, resource requirements and milestone nodes. 6、跟踪项目进度，识别延期风险并制定应对措施，定期输出项目报告（进度、成本、风险） Track the project progress, identify the risks of delay and formulate countermeasures, and regularly output project reports (progress, cost, risks). 7、建立项目风险库（如技术迭代风险、客户需求变更），制定预防与应急计划 Establish a project risk database (such as the risks of technological iteration, changes in customer requirements), and formulate prevention and emergency plans 任职资格: Qualifications: 1、硕士及以上学历，光学、项目管理类专业 1.Master's degree or above, majoring in Optics or Project Management 2、性格开朗，积极向上，有社会实践活动经验者优先 2.Optimistic, proactive, and candidates with social practice experience are preferred 3、英语书，写，说流利 5.Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.

工作职责: 1.辅助审核和管理公司日常财务事务，确保所有财务活动符合公司和行业标准 Assist in reviewing and managing the company's daily financial affairs to ensure all financial activities comply with the company's and industry's standards. 2.参与月度、季度和年度的财务结算，编制财务报表 Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and prepare financial statements. 3.辅助优化财务流程和控制，提高效率和减少错误 Assist in optimizing financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and reduce errors. 4.协助团队成员完成费用报销和资产管理相关工作 Assist team members in completing work related to expense reimbursement and asset management. 任职资格: 1、硕士及以上学历，会计和财务管理专业 Candidates shall hold a Master's degree or above, majoring in Accounting or Financial Management. 2、有大型光通信企业工作实习经验者优先 Preference given to candidates with internship or work experience in large-scale optical communication companies. 3.英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力 CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English. 4、逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，个性开朗，诚实守信，积极主动 Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and teamwork skills; fast learning ability, hands-on capability, diligent work ethic; high sense of responsibility, outgoing personality, honesty, integrity, and proactiveness.
