As a HR Trainee – Functional Development Program (HR Operation & Business
Partner Focus), you will play a key role for HR operations tasks and lead or
support location HR projects/initiatives in cooperation with HR Business
Partners and related HR functions, continuously optimize the processes to
improve employee experiences and provide an efficient and reliable HR services.
This role is development role for talent pipeline of HR Business Partner and
Operations Management. Key Responsibilities: - Drive employee life-cycle
management, ensuring seamless execution of onboarding, probation, contracting /
renewal and off-boarding. - Serve as the key contact for location HR operations
topics as well as bridge with various functions. - Drive location events and
activities to build a connected, collaborative and vibrant workplace. - Manage
internal & online communication, guarantee effective tool to document and
publish location related process / policies / documents, formulate the
communication and release to target employees timely with high quality. -
Manage data & reporting, performing daily database and employee profile
(P-file) maintenance, generate monthly reports (Fluctuation, HC, etc.) and any
ad-hoc analytics. - Lead and support other HR projects such as functional
review, internal/external audits and government-interface programs (Housing
Allowance, Talent Apartment, APEC Card, etc.) to sustain compliance and enhance
employee support. Ideal Candidate: - Passionate about HR functions (focus
operations and HR Business Partner) and keen to learn/explore other areas of
expertise - Patient and cautious handling large amount of data/documents,
hands-on attitude and openly/actively involving in different functions topics -
Strong analytical / systematically thinking and capability, excellent
communication skills even in difficult/complex/conflict occurrence. - Be able
to work under pressure and take initiative with strong ownership. - Eager to
learn and contribute to HR projects. - Collaborative mindset with the ability
to work across teams. Education: - Full-time bachelor and above degree - Major
is not limited, HR is preferred Experience: - 1-3 years of professional
experience, preferably in HR Operation, Business Partners, Labor Relations, or
related fields. - With deep understanding of 1-2 HR modules, with the ability
to lead or support HR initiatives. - Intercultural competence, with experience
working in diverse or global environments.
