Job De scription:
1、 Design Competencies? 1) CAD software? (Catia. Creo…) . 2)
requirement analysis. 3) structure design/ feasibility study /technical reviews
/tolerance calculation. 4) release data / drawing/BOM. 5) parts approval.
2、
R&D Support to other disciplines 1) support to production. 2) support to other
service department (SQM, LD, AP, Q, …).
3、 Quality Assurance 1) be responsible
for Design Verification. 2) support to PV. 3) documentation as required by
company/department regulation. 4) design for manufacture and production

Communication-- Work effectively with cross-functional teams 1) within project
team. 2) to customer. 3) to supplier. 4) escalation when the cost, time and
risk is out of control. Job Requirement:
1、 Bachelor’s degree or higher in
?Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields?.
2、 Proficiency in
?CAD software? (Catia. Creo…).
3、 Effective communication skills for teamwork
and client interactions.
4、 Can communicate in English.
5、 Strong learning
ability and willing to learn.
