一.岗位职责 1.机会挖掘与管理：识别潜在Design In机会，管理相关项目，扩大销售漏斗规模，推动业务增长。 2.样品管理与跟踪：负责样品库存管理、交付及测试结果跟踪，确保流程高效执行。 3.销售与客户支持：在客户拜访中为销售及经销商提供技术支持，整合产品信息、竞争分析资料（battle card）、解决方案及其他所需资源。 4.市场与客户活动支持：协助关键项目/Kaizen 活动准备，支持市场推广活动及客户互动，提升客户体验与品牌影响力。 1. Scout design in opportunities, manage design in projects to enlarge funnel size 2. Manage sample stock, delivery and results tracking 3. Support sales/dealers' customer visit in technical support, consildating product infomation, battle card, solutions and other requests 4. Support key intiatives/Kaizen preparation, marketing activities and customer engament 二. 招聘要求 1.学历要求：硕士学历----生物科学、生物化学、生物化工或相关专业，具备免疫学知识，了解生物技术/生物制药的生产流程。 2.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与内部团队及外部客户协作，支持基于解决方案的销售模式。 3.英语沟通能力良好，能够进行书面及口头交流。 4.具备优秀的演讲与展示能力，能够根据业务需求出差。 5.自我驱动力强，具备主动学习和独立工作的能力。 6.具备项目管理或市场营销背景者优先。 1. Master Degree in biological science/biochemistry/biochemical engineering or related, immunolgy, understanding of the biotech/biopharmaceutical manufacturing process flow 2. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach 3. Proficient in English communication 4. Strong presentation skills and able to travel 5. Self-motivate 6. Project management and Marketing background a plus
