该职位工作城市可为广州或上海，视面试结果和业务需求而定 一.岗位职责 1.产品咨询：与销售及渠道密切合作负责过滤产品线的专业产品咨询，并能够独立识别销售机会，以达成过滤产品的业务目标 2.技术支持：提供售前及售后的技术支持。为客户提供技术培训，实验设计，通过开展samall scale/ polit实验，产品Demo 提供技术展示 ，并处理售后投诉。 3.覆盖给定范围的客户群，能够适应岗位的出差频率，维护客户关系提升客户满意度。 1. Product Consultation: Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to provide professional product consultation for the filtration product line. Independently identify sales opportunities to achieve business goals for filtration products. 2. Technical Support: Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Deliver technical training to customers and resolve issues arising from end-user technical capabilities, experimental design, process development, or optimization results. Conduct small-scale or pilot experiments and product demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities, and handle post-sales complaints. 3. Customer Coverage: Support assigned customer base with frequent travel; maintain strong client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. 一. 招聘要求 1.学历要求：硕士学历----生物科学、生物化学、生物化工或相关专业，了解生物技术/生物制药的生产流程。 2.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与内部团队及外部客户协作，支持基于解决方案的销售模式。 3.英语沟通能力良好，能够进行书面及口头交流。 4.具备优秀的演讲与展示能力，能够根据业务需求出差。 5.自我驱动力强，具备主动学习和独立工作的能力。 6.具备项目管理或市场营销背景者优先。 1. Master Degree in biological science/biochemistry/biochemical engineering or related, understanding of the biotech/biopharmaceutical manufacturing process flow 2. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach 3. Proficient in English communication 4. Strong presentation skills and able to travel 5. Self-motivate 6. Project management and Marketing background a plus
