一.岗位职责 1.项目管理支持：协助项目管理日常工作，包括排期、文档整理和进度跟踪，确保创新项目高效、按时执行。
2.数据收集与分析：收集、整理并分析项目相关数据，提供准确的报告和洞察，支持决策制定。
3.项目管理：独立负责小型项目或工作组，主导规划与执行，确保实现既定目标。 1.Support project management routines,
including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking, to ensure timely
and efficient execution of innovation projects. 2.Collect, organize, and
analyze project-related data to provide accurate reporting and insights for
decision-making. 3.Take ownership of small-scale projects or workstreams,
leading planning and execution under guidance to deliver defined outcomes. 一.
招聘要求 1.学历要求：硕士学历----生物科学、生物化学、生物化工或相关专业，具备扎实的生命科学知识。
2.细致严谨，具备优秀的组织和沟通能力；熟练处理数据，掌握基础项目管理工具者优先。 3.具备工作所需的英语沟通能力。 1.Master degree in
Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field,
with a strong understanding of life sciences concepts. 2.Detail-oriented with
excellent organizational and communication skills; proficiency in data handling
and basic project management tools is preferred. 3. Working knowledge of
English for communication.
