一.岗位职责 1.在细胞治疗产品销售过程中提供技术支持，向客户展示产品功能，潜在用途、产品性能及优势。 2.协助商务团队识别客户机会与需求，挖掘工艺优化机会。 3.为客户提供技术培训，解决技术问题、优化实验工艺。 4.开发细胞治疗新应用。 1. Provide technical support during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed. 2. Assist commercial team in identifying customer opportunities, needs, determine technical feasibility of custom technical requests and process optimization opportunities. 3. Provide technical training to customers, troubleshooting on issues that arise related to end-user's technical skills, experiment design and results of media development/optimization process. 4. Develop cell therapy new applications according to the strategy and customer needs. 二. 招聘要求 1.学历要求：硕士或博士学历（生命科学或相关学科背景）。 2.具备免疫细胞或干细胞相关实验技能和经验者优先。 3.熟悉 Cytiva 相关产品，有使用经验者优先。 1. MS or PhD degree in Life Sciences or related discipline 2. Track record of working with T-cell or stem cell will be a plus. 3. Ability to develop presentations and posters with available applications datasets. 4. Experience on all current Cytiva products for which responsibilities cover will be a plus.
