一.岗位职责 1.协助管理公司社交媒体账号（微信、小红书、B站），包括内容策划、发布及社群互动； 2.支持社交媒体营销活动的策划与执行，提升品牌知名度和用户互动； 3.与内部团队协作，制作符合品牌调性和营销目标的内容（文案、视觉、短视频）； 4.参与电商品牌推广活动，包括新品发布、季节性活动及平台专项营销； 5.关注社交媒体及电商运营数据，提供优化建议； 6.研究行业趋势及竞品动态，支持创新营销方案； 6.协助对接外部合作伙伴，如KOL、代理机构等。 1. Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili), including content planning, publishing, and community engagement; 2. Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience interaction; 3. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content (copywriting, visuals, short videos) aligned with brand tone and marketing goals; 4. Participate in e-commerce brand promotion activities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and platform-specific marketing 5. Monitor and report on social media and e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights for optimization; 6. Research industry trends and competitor activities to support innovative marketing ideas; 7.Assist in coordinating with external partners such as influencers, agencies. 一. 招聘要求 1.教育背景：本科及以上学历----市场营销、传播学、广告学、数字媒体或相关专业。 2.战略思维：清晰理解公司的使命与愿景，了解数字营销如何助力 Cytiva 业务的长期增长。 3.对数字营销、社交媒体及电商有浓厚兴趣； 4.熟悉主流社交媒体平台，具备电商生态的基本认知； 5.具备创意思维，审美感良好，注重细节； 6.掌握基础的内容创作工具技能（如 Canva、剪映、Photoshop 等）者优先； 7.具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神； 8.中文流利，具备基础英文阅读和写作能力者优先。 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related fields. 2. Strategic Thinking: Have a clear understanding of the company’s mission and vision, and how the digital marketing can contribute to the long-term growth of Cytiva's business. 3. Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce; 4. Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic understanding of e-commerce ecosystems; 5. Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail; 6. Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) are a plus; 7. Good communication and teamwork skills; 8. Proficiency in Chinese; basic English reading and writing skills preferred.
