实际工作地点为：桐庐 一.岗位职责：
1.熟悉操作流程，支持生产流程顺利运行，具备良好的故障排查能力以解决工艺和技术类问题，并通过数据分析找出根本原因及制定永久性对策。
2.参与本土化项目，担任核心团队成员，与全球及本地跨职能团队密切沟通，确保本土化项目成功实施。 1. Be familiar with the
operation process, support the production process running smoothly, solve the
process issue with good trouble shooting, and make the data analysis to find
the root cause & permanent countermeasures. 2. Contribute to the Localization
project, play a core team member role , closely communicate with global and
local cross-function teams to get the localization projects implemented
successfully. 二. 招聘要求 1.本科及以上：生物工程、材料、机械电子、工业工程等相关专业。 2.具备较强的潜力，能够带领团队解决技术问题。
3.思维清晰，能够从数据和现象中挖掘规律，找出异常的根本原因。 4.具备良好的沟通能力和自我驱动力。 5.具备良好的英语听说读写能力。 1.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Materials, Mechanical and
electronic, IE majors. 2. High potential ability to lead a team to solve
technical problems. 3. Clear thinking, able to dig out patterns from data and
phenomena and find the root cause of abnormalities. 4. Good communication
skills and self-motivate. 5. Good English skill in both verbal and written.
