1. Job De scription: As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a vital role within our HR team, supporting our efforts to recruit top talent for the campus recruitment program. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ①Assisting with campus recruitment tasks, including resume screening, communicating with candidates, and conducting initial interviews. ②Supporting other HR functions: Assisting with various HR-related tasks such as performance evaluations, organizing training sessions, and planning events. 2.
