工作职责: 1、制定光模块的测试方案和测试用例； Develop test plans and test cases for optical modules. 2、搭建测试环境，执行性能、可靠性及一致性测试； Set up test environments and execute performance, reliability, and compliance tests. 3、分析测试数据，编写测试报告，并协助研发定位问题； Analyze test data, write test reports, and assist R&D in problem identification. 4、开发和维护自动化测试脚本，提升测试效率； Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. 任职资格: 1、2026届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机、光电等相关专业； Class of 2026 fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Optoelectronics, or related fields. 2、具备扎实的专业基础知识，成绩优良； Have a solid foundation of professional knowledge with a good academic record. 3、对光通信技术有浓厚兴趣，乐于学习和钻研新技术； Have a strong interest in optical communication technology and be eager to learn and research new technologies. 4、具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力和解决问题的能力； Possess good teamwork spirit, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. 5、有相关项目经验、实习经历或竞赛奖项者优先； Prior project experience, internship, or competition awards are preferred.
