1 Configuration Management (CM) Intern Location: Chengdu Duration: Internship (full time / part time) 2 About the Role As a Configuration Management (CM) Intern, you will support the CM team in maintaining accurate product and project configuration data throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, product, and project teams to help ensure configuration integrity, traceability, and compliance. 3 Key Responsibilities • Assist with configuration baseline updates, revisions, and status tracking • Help organize and manage configuration related documents and records • Support change tracking activities (e.g., revisions, releases, approvals) • Host CCB meetings, support checkpoints, and follow up actions • Support maintenance of product and project configuration data in internal systems 4 Required Qualifications • Bachelor or Master student in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field • Interest in engineering processes, systems, or product development • Strong attention to detail and structured working style • Good communication skills in English 5 What You Will Gain • Practical experience with configuration management in real engineering projects • Understanding of how products are controlled and released across their lifecycle • Exposure to cross functional collaboration in a global engineering environment • A strong foundation for future roles in systems, product or project management
