2 About the Role
As a Configuration Management (CM) Intern, you will support the CM team in maintaining accurate product and project configuration data throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, product, and project teams to help ensure configuration integrity, traceability, and compliance.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Assist with configuration baseline updates, revisions, and status tracking
• Help organize and manage configuration related documents and records
• Support change tracking activities (e.g., revisions, releases, approvals)
• Host CCB meetings, support checkpoints, and follow up actions
• Support maintenance of product and project configuration data in internal systems

4 Required Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master student in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
• Interest in engineering processes, systems, or product development
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Good communication skills in English

Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing planning, design and optimization of a network to meet customer requirements.

• Deliver Network Design and Optimization service, which including:

1. Coverage, capacity, quality, interference analysis and improvement

Responsibilities
• Expertize in the implementation of internal communication operations.

• Be actively engaged in the different-level-event management projects.

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated intern to support JIRA and Power BI development and tool maintenance. This role will work closely with internal teams to improve data visibility, reporting efficiency, and workflow management through digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support Power BI dashboard development, including data modeling, report creation, and visualization
2. Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards based on business needs
3. Assist in JIRA configuration and administration, including workflows, issue types, dashboards, and permissions
4. Support daily tool maintenance and user support for JIRA-related requests
5. Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting or tool solutions

Requirements
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
2. Basic knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modeling is a plus)
3. Familiar with JIRA or other project management tools (hands-on experience preferred)

The primary goal of this position is to design, implement, and maintain cost-efficient, high-quality test software for Radio products, deployed on Industrial PC and Cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities (Application Software Development AI & Data Direction)
The main responsibilities of this position include:
• Design and develop AI-powered application prototypes using modern Generative AI technologies.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and question-answering systems.
• Develop and experiment with AI agents and multi-step reasoning workflows for automation and decision support.
• Build backend components and APIs for AI applications using Python.
• Integrate LLM services from platforms such as OpenAI API or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex to develop intelligent workflows.
• Implement document processing pipelines including chunking, embedding generation, and vector retrieval.
• Evaluate and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, evaluation datasets, and experimentation.

Qualifications

The Test Technology department belongs to the ENC Industrial Technology and Quality and is responsible for the development of Ericsson's wireless product production testing systems. The Developer Radio position within the Test Technology department is responsible for research, specify, implement, verify and maintain cost efficient and high-quality production test system including evaluation of test requirements, definition of test solution, analysis of test results, verification of testing systems, improvement of test yield rates, and the research and introduction of new industry technologies.

1 Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are:
• Collaborate with the Technology Beijing team to support RF-related tasks in maintenance products, Support Radio engineers to ensure smooth implementation of testing solutions, for instance, Test time reduction, DB check and Yield analysis.
• Responsible for lab up and running to secure RU replacement quickly and smoothly.
• Responsible for test system verification and calibration in PTD_BJ lab to guarantee the test accuracy and stability.
• Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in Ericsson Company and the Test Technology organization.
• Bring up new culture and energy into the team to enhance overall team sprits with young guys.

2 Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in communication engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave.
• Strong understanding of the theory and practical implementation of wireless communication systems.
• Familiarity with the basic operational principles of various functional blocks in the uplink and downlink of wireless communication systems. Practical experience in the development or testing of receivers and transmitters is preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile communication systems and the meanings of key RF performance indicators as well as the principles of measurement is preferred.
• Experience with RF measurements and proficiency in using Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers, and other RF measurement equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with circuit design and simulation; knowledge of digital communication protocols such as I2C and SPI; experience with SerDes interface design and testing.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, C++.
