Digital Tools Intern

期望实习时长6个月，计算机相关背景, 负责JIRA, POWER BI的开发和工具维护 Role Overview We are looking for a motivated intern to support JIRA and Power BI development and tool maintenance. This role will work closely with internal teams to improve data visibility, reporting efficiency, and workflow management through digital tools. Key Responsibilities 1. Support Power BI dashboard development, including data modeling, report creation, and visualization 2. Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards based on business needs 3. Assist in JIRA configuration and administration, including workflows, issue types, dashboards, and permissions 4. Support daily tool maintenance and user support for JIRA-related requests 5. Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting or tool solutions Requirements 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields 2. Basic knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modeling is a plus) 3. Familiar with JIRA or other project management tools (hands-on experience preferred) 4. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts 5. Good communication skills and a proactive learning mindset
