Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the regional marketing team in Latin America with day-to-day coordination, reporting, communication, and research tasks. This role will provide operational support across marketing activities, including data analysis, influencer research, distributor communication, and internal information management.
A key part of this role is helping bridge communication between internal teams and regional stakeholders by collecting, organizing, translating, and sharing relevant information across Chinese, English, and Spanish working environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both operational and communication-based tasks and have a strong interest in regional marketing across Latin America, especially Mexico and Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
Support the regional marketing lead with daily operational, coordination, and follow-up tasks across LATAM marketing activities.
Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, presentations, and other documents to support campaign monitoring and business reviews.
Collect, organize, summarize, and share relevant information from internal teams, including content and updates originally communicated in Chinese, and help ensure key information is properly disseminated in English and Spanish to internal stakeholders and distributors.
Assist with internal cross-functional communication by consolidating inputs, following up on pending items, and helping ensure alignment between regional and global teams.
Conduct research and basic analysis on market trends, campaign performance, competitors, and marketing activities across Latin America.
Identify, screen, and assess influencer profiles based on market relevance, brand fit, audience profile, and content quality, and maintain updated influencer databases and recommendation lists.
Support communication with distributors, agencies, and influencers through email and other professional channels, including follow-ups, status updates, and information sharing.
Help maintain clear documentation of ongoing projects, requests, and key decisions to improve team efficiency and communication flow.
Provide ad hoc support for marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Business, Advertising, Languages, or a related field.
Previous internship, part-time, project-based, campus/student organization, or other relevant hands-on experience in marketing, communications, operations, research, business support, or a related area is preferred.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Working proficiency in Chinese, especially for internal written communication, information gathering, and coordination.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Good written communication skills and confidence in professional email communication.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and presentation materials.
Interest in marketing operations, influencer marketing, market research, and regional coordination.
Familiarity with the Latin American market; knowledge of Mexico and Argentina is preferred.
Interest in or basic knowledge of the 3D printing industry or related sectors such as technology, innovation, gaming, maker culture, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
Preferred Profile
Experience using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Familiarity with overseas social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Knowledge of and familiarity with Spanish-speaking influencers, internet culture, memes, and broader LATAM cultural trends.
Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Able to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-regional environment.
