Finance Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities: Engage in accounting/capital/cost/budget/asset/tax/financial analysis functions, including but not limited to: 1.Cost accounting, cost variance analysis, and optimization of cost control systems; 2.Multi-unit financial accounting, accounting cycle closure, and financial analysis; 3.Physical asset management, inventory counting, and payment verification; 4.Collection of macroeconomic information (e.g., wealth management & exchange rates) and capital statement analysis; 5.Development and optimization of procedural workflows and project-based management. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Finance, or related fields; 2.Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with ability to navigate international and cross-cultural working environments; 3.Responsible, challenge-driven, and stress-tolerant; strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving capabilities.
