职位名称：数字基带设计工程师 职位描述： 1. 负责物联网（IoT）无线通信链路的设计和实现； 2.完成物理层信号处理模块的设计、实现及优化，包括协议控制，算法模块的软硬件协同设计等； 3.主导系统集成、调试/验证及与射频模块联调，协同射频团队完成无线系统的集成以及功能性能验证； 4. 支持全系统集成测试，满足客户需求。 职位要求： 1.通信、电子工程及相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 熟悉无线通信系统、熟悉物理层算法、熟悉物理层信号处理流程； 3. 具有DSP编程经验或FPGARTL实现经验； 4. 了解任意一种或多种无线通信标准，如Cellular 3GPP、Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、LoRa/Zigbee等协议； 5.熟练使用各类AI研发工具，可借助AI辅助算法研发、代码开发、仿真调试及方案优化等工作，提升研发效率； 6.环境适应能力强，能够迅速融入团队，有较强的自学能力和意愿； 7. 富有事业心和团队合作精神，良好的中英文听说读写能力。 工作地点：成都 Title:Digital Baseband Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for systemdesign and implementation of IoT wireless communication. 2. Complete thedesign, implementation and optimization of physical layer signal processingincluding protocol control and hardware-software co-design of algorithmmodules. 3. Lead system integration, debugging/verification, and co-debuggingwith RF modules; collaborate with the RF team to complete the integration ofwireless system and functional performance verification. 4. Support full-systemintegration and testing to meet customer requirements. Requirements: 1.Master's or above degree in EE, Communications Engineering, or related majors.2. Deep understanding of wireless systems, physical layer algorithms, andphysical layer signal processing flow. 3. Have DSP programming experience orFPGA RTL implementation experience. 4. Knowledge on wireless communicationsstandards, such as Cellular 3GPP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LoRa/Zigbee. 5. Befamiliar with AI tools to assist algorithm development, coding, debugging andoptimization to improve efficiency. 6. Strong adaptability to differentenvironments, quick integration into the team, and strong self-learning abilityand willingness. 7. Self-motivated and a good team player.
