What you’ll achieve As a Global Supply Management, you will beresponsible for global supply planning for Traditional Server and AI Server.Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals. Engages activities related toglobal sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, andquality. Develops and maintains working relationships with globalinternal/external supply chain partners. You will: ● Work closely withsuppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability at product launch;Work directly with suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply forspecific components and works closely with regional buyers to regulate suppliermix of total available market (TAM). ● Coordinates global supply with regionalprocurement and balances available supply globally against regionalrequirements. ● Performs long-range capacity report for their commodity. ●Coordinates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or Operations Review process andmanages component transitions globally to minimize excess and obsoleteinventory (E&O). ● Works with functional managers to perform analysis andidentify areas for performance improvement and works with regional demand teamto validate the global demand and recommend demand shipping if required. ● Takethe step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member bringssomething unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements ● Graduate between 2026.10 and 2027.7 ● Experience withExcel VBA/Python and Power BI skills ● Keen interest in supply chainmanagement, negotiation and supplier evaluation skills ● Keen interest to learnglobal supply chain, manufacturing footprint and logistics capabilities ●Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and enthusiasm for applying AItools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) to optimize supply chainplanning, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision making. DesirableRequirements ● Experience with program and project management skills ● Supplychain management/ capacity planning/ supplier management/ materials requirementplanning data skills and ability to execute demand supply resolution issues ●Experience with or exposure to AI-powered supply chain tools, large languagemodels (LLMs), or automation frameworks (e.g., using AI for supplier riskassessment, demand sensing, or capacity planning optimization).
