Support operational data collection, KPI tracking, and report preparation to help monitor supply chain performance. 3. Participate in coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the efficient flow of materials and information. 4. Help identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on supply chain analysis, routine operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. We Expect You: 1. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with good communication and coordination skills. 2. Be interested in supply chain and operations management, with strong execution capabilities. 3. Have a basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and process management concepts. 4. Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward improvement. 5. Have proficient English communication skills sufficient for daily work-related interactions. 6. Be a full-time Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline. 7. Demonstrate practical AI application or development capability, including the ability to use AI tools or build AI-enabled solutions to support work efficiency and business outcomes. 8. Chinese and English bilingual fluency is preferred.
