招聘部门：远景能源 We Need You: 1. Assist in daily production activities to support smooth and efficient manufacturing operations on the shop floor. 2. Support the monitoring of production progress, process compliance, machine performance, and work-in-progress status. 3. Participate in process improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, line balancing, and capacity analysis. 4. Help prepare production reports, analyze operational data, and support quality, safety, and productivity improvement actions. 5. Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics teams to support stable production delivery and continuous improvement. We Expect You: 1. Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. 2. Be interested in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and production management, with strong execution capabilities. 3. Have a sound understanding of production systems, industrial engineering concepts, and continuous improvement methodologies. 4. Demonstrate responsibility, adaptability, teamwork spirit, and strong safety awareness in a manufacturing environment. 5. Have proficient English communication skills sufficient for daily work-related interactions. 6. Be a full-time Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD graduate in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline. 7. Demonstrate practical AI application or development capability, including the ability to use AI tools or build AI-enabled solutions to support work efficiency and business outcomes. 8. Chinese and English bilingual fluency is preferred.
