Build an integrated “technical + operations + project management + client communication” curriculum covering the biologics lifecycle from process development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing to commercial supply. 5. 课程包括CMC生命周期、技术转移管理、GMP生产运营、偏差/变更/CAPA基础、项目管理、风险管理和跨文化沟通。 6. Conduct regular development assessments and dynamically adjust development paths based on rotation performance, project delivery, communicati
