【职位职责】 1. We are seeking innovative and experienced AIDD Scientists to focus on Antibody, Peptide, Small Molecule, Quantum Chemistry. 1. Antibody role will focus on leveraging AI/ML and biophysical principles to design, optimize, and characterize therapeutic antibodies, contributing to our biologics pipeline. 2. Peptide role is critical for developing and applying AI/ML methodologies to design novel peptide-based therapeutics, with a strong emphasis on optimizing their structure, stability, and cell permeability. 3. Small Molecule role will focus on developing,implementing, and applying advanced AI/ML models to design and optimize novel small molecules with desired properties, contributing directly to our drug discovery pipeline. 4. Quantum Chemistry role will be pivotal in providing high-fidelity computational insights to support the design and optimization efforts across all our AIDD programs. 【任职要求】 1. 2027 fresh Ph.D. graduates. 2. Antibody Scientist's related fields are Computational Biology, Biophysics, Bioinformatics. 3. Peptide Scientist's related fields are Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science. 4. Small Molecule Scientist's related fields are Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Computer Science. 5. Quantum Chemistry Scientist's related fields are Computational Chemistry, Biophysics. 6.
